Yes, hubby and I did this in January. We both really enjoyed it, you aren't allowed to take photos due to Disney not wanting people to see what backstage looks like, but you get to interact with a rhino, various other places behind the scenes. I wont go into any more detail as I don't want to spoil it if you do decide to do it, but I would say yes do it!
Me and DF did this last year and it was really fun, got to see the park from a different perspective. Very informative and friendly, our guide was great, can't remember her name, have to ask DF.
The best part was when we got to pet a Rhino, was amazing.
I would defo recommend this, esp if you are a keen animal lover.

We did this a few years ago and it was great. I don't think you can guarantee the Rhino though, as we got a giraffe. There will be another animal encounter with a small animal in a classroom setting but Disney does not really do the "getting close to animals" thing, probably cause they are a prime candidate for lawsuits.
There are reviews over on allearsnet.com. But they will tell you more details, so don't know how much you want to know beforehand.
