backs? and what type?

I have seen some posts recommending backs on the pins...would you use the plastic character shaped ones or do you recommend metal locking...I don't want tears when we are in the happiest place on earth!

It is just a matter of what you prefer.

I think there is a slight more chance of losing a pin with the rubber back on it, but if you are trading the rubber back makes it easier.
