This showed up unexpectedly in the mail today. Kinda cool. Not sure what I’ll do with it, but for now it’s hanging with the 4 DVC ones already in the closet.

I had a feeling this was it. Do let us know for sure, but I wouldn't think they would ship internationally. While it should be fine for UK purchases, for buyers elsewhere it may never arrive. I know when I send postcards in the mail to relatives in South America and Eastern Europe, they seem to arrive only half the time!

So if you care for the gift and happen to be buying onsite, do as @Stitchescape did and ask for it right then and there!

I can only speak from my own personal experience. I bought it in January and have yet to get anything other than my points and a dues bill. There will be no backpack. There will be no chips and salsa, no crab legs, and no cell phone pop socket, whatever that is.

Backpack? I never got a backpack. All I ever got was a tote bag and like 10 hats.... Oh and some fastpasses.

We have several direct purchases, including this year. Never got a thing (except a pin this year). No backpacks ever, or anything remotely like that, lol. My sister's family once got a hat. We get the big zippo from DVC in terms of swag.

Our guide stinks. We've actually requested a change to a different guide because he badly botched a simple cash deal contract in March. Took us weeks and DVC leaders to sort it out. So probably not a shocker he doesn't give out swag.

For multiple direct contracts, I would totally bug them about getting something more than a pin ... if I find where we put our backpack, I would send it to you! We only purchased one direct contract and several resale - all this year - and we only got the one bag - so I guess we were lucky?

My family purchased in January as well. We didn't get anything so I called our guide. I got my backpack a couple of weeks later. Definitely reach out, get that gift!

Might be because you reside in Canada. Not sure they ship those to International members. Sorry if that's the case.

It's not that, my sister got swag from their guide (I mean, a single ball cap), but still.

So today we got a backpack from DVC Resale Market and we got the water bottle, cool towel and magnets from buying direct. The pop socket would have been nice too!
