Background check website?

Can anyone recommend a thorough and reputable online background check website, for checking nannies/babysitters? I am in NJ and the person's info (DL) would be NJ too.

they would only have info if someone else posted it.. a DL probably wouldn't get you anything worthwhile (contrary to what TV shows may portray).

Your best bet would be to go tot he police station and pick up a background check request form, and have her fill it out and you pay for it.

(of course these only catch the people who were so bad they wouldn't be baby sitting anymore anyway).
