Background check process

Hi guys just need some advice
Just moved down here to Florida


I got offer a job back in July as a rep at the call center but I had got arrest for theft back 6 years ago and was a misdemeanor. At on boarding I did disclose it and they ask for the court papers and police report. I had the court papers but not the police report . Fast forward till now . They finally process my papers for review without the police report, is there a good chance I will get a call back or no?

Thank you so much , I was young and dumb but have held some good hotel job since than I love working for hotels but wanted to try something different

I work for a major university and something like you described would not automatically disqualify you from being hired. For us we would take into consideration your age at time of arrest, the number of years elapsed, and your current employment/references. I hope you get positive news from the call center! Thank you for the hope! I was young and hanging with the wrong crowd... But I've changed worked for 2 major hotel chains as an auditor and front desk supervisor it's been about 5 years since than and haven't even had a
Parking ticket!
I just hope Disney give me a shot because everytime I call the employees line they are kinda rude and just transfer me to the background line and no one ever responses...

So I got the call from the background group and had my offer withdraw due to not having the police report... And was advised to reapply in 6 months and to have all my paperwork next time... Sign 3 months of waiting for no hope ... Thanks for the hope guys.. But I won't be joining the Disney team
