Back to the gray...

It's a stunningly gorgeous, sunny, blue sky, low humidity day here in Maryland, and I'm stuck at work making up hours...

What are y'all doing inside DISing? GO OUTSIDE! I'm going to step outside into the sunshine for a few minutes and then it's back to the gray...Gray carpets, gray and white walls, putty colored furniture, no windows. The only color is the pictures of my kids on my desk.

At least I like my job. And since I'm the only one here today I can blast my music as loud as I want.

Oh same kind of day here! I'm sitting out on my screened porch doing a little DISing. There's a wonderful breeze coming in here. I'm loving it!

just wanted to add that I *did* just get through mowing the lawn so I'm not being a total slacker today

Yeah, I guess I'm going gray in that sense, too! I'm 45 and I've never dyed it yet.

And for you Marylanders, I live in Howard County and work near Arundel Mills.

My family just brought me dinner, so that was a nice break. I'm going to stay until 9:30 tonight as long as I'm here and being productive. That way I'll be even on my hours. I'll be losing more hours later in the month for doctors appointments and on the first day of school.
