Back to the Future Closes March 30th

I can't believe this! I am going to Disney with my boyfriend in June, and we were spending a day at Universal as BTTF is his all time favorite movie! He's never been on the ride and now he is devistated!

certainly not the same; but have you looked on YouTube for a ridethrough?

simpsons, Simpsons, Simpsons - please:banana: :dance3:

So will the Hollywood version stay open? We are going there soon and are hoping to ride it.

Thank god!!! This is THE WORST RIDE I HAVE EVER BEEN ON! It made me entire family sick thus ruining our day at Universal. The line sucked, the pre-show(s) sucked, and the ride sucked! Burn this ride to the ground!

:cool1:

I remember loving the ride when I use to ride it years ago. I went on it for the fist time two months ago and it made me sick! Sad to see it go, but I was also sad when they got rid of the Hitchcock show & Ghostbusters!

please dont get me started on the beloved hitchcock and ghostbusters...

i really miss the hitchcock show !!

murder she wrote was also pretty good.

i would catch both shows once during a trip.

The one ride at USF that never failed to make me motion sick!

Yesss! Murder She Wrote! I was a little embarassed to say it, but I agree! I miss Mrs. Fletcher!:lmao:

Please don't flame me, but I have to rant for a moment!

I feel like they have gotten rid of some classsics that really defined what Universal produced as a studio in its good 'ol days. The Psycho House?!?! King Kong?!?! My brother went to the Animal Actors show recently and said there was no Lassie dog anymore- is that true?!?!:scared1:

I was watching the Blues Brothers perform last weekend (never gets old to me) and wondered when will they cancel this?!?! The only shows/rides that are "classics" (i.e. pre-1990) are Jaws, Back to the Future (which will be laid to rest in two weeks), and ET! Don't get me wrong- I like the Shrek show and some of the other new ones, but wouldn't it have been nice to just add them instead of getting rid of them?

Again, I apologize for the rant. I rarely ever do this, but I must say I feel better. To me, it's just sad!

We were just there last weekend, and Lassie was definitely there. No more Mr. Ed tho' (I think he's been gone a while).

Never got to see Murder She Wrote, but I was mortally scarred by being a volunteer in the long-gone Xena show.
