Did anyone see the PBS show this weekend called Back To The Floor? It showed a head person at Carnival Cruise line going around the ship doing the jobs that the 'floor' people do.

It made me feel really guility. The housekeeper oftne didn't get to eat and the staff is hardly paid a thing. Only tips. The deck waiters make money based on drinks they sell.
Is that how Disney does it? Geez! Now DH and I feel so guilty. I told him that we have to 'clean' up our room and make our bed before we leave each morning. I felt so bad hearing how hard the work was for them. They depend on those tips!

Someone please tell me this isn't how Disney runs their ships...I thought with all the money we pay for these cruises, the employees would be paid fairly well, even with tips.
