It's that time of year again. New sneakers, backpack, lunch box etc!
Post your deals here that you are finding. Coupon codes are welcome. :-)

My deals so far: I bought my kids Nike sneakers that were on sale on Modells website plus used a 15% off Code AYFMDLS. Free shipping too if you spend $75.

I also had a Sports Authority printable coupon that I used to buy a Nike backpack.

Toys R Us- $14.99 backpack with free lunch box. All Frozen of course for my daughter.

Please post your proud back to school buys!

I also got my son a Nike backpack from Sports Authority.

I had a $10 off $50 Amex offer for Sports Authority. The backpack was 20% plus free shipping. And I got 3% back from ebates.

My DD's backpack, lunch box, pasta container, and zipper binder came from PB Teen (20% + free shipping I think). I paid for everything with a gift card purchased at Kroger so I got 4x fuel points plus 6% back from Amex.

Those are some good deals. Has anyoe seen any deals on graphing calculators? I need 2 this year for my kids and they go for about $100 each.

Could they share one?

We got my DD's on ebay for about $65 IIRC

See also Amazon for used/refurbished calculators. They most come with an option of 30 day returns which is more reassuring than eBay, IMO.

I got a refurbished Ti Inspire for $82. Ti-84s were available $50-$75 used or refurbished.

Ds10 needed two pairs of shoes and I was able to get them Buy One Get One Half Off from Sportchek. I also qualified for free shipping and signed up my email for promo stuff and got a 10% off code.
I also needed various school supplies. I budgeted $50 for those (we had a lot of things in the supply cupboard from last years sales still). Staples had some great deals online, and free shipping kicked in at $45. I ended up spending $52 with tax and we have more than enough for the year.

The best part? I know without a doubt I would have spent more if I went into the stores themselves. I would have seen other good deals and ended up blowing the budget. Clothes will be a different story, but I won't be buying anything until the weather turns cool and it's needed, as we bought new things for summer anyway.
