i'm going to try to hold out for the super deals on spiral bound note books at target and walmart when it's closer to school starting. DD went through 20+ last year taking notes. i held back a few from last year to tide her over till they start marking stuff down.

I bought the spiral notebooks for 25 cents at Staples. Do they go lower? I like to buy earlier because if you wait, stuff gets picked over. My kids are particular and my daughter likes certain colors etc.. I'd rather buy now to get best selection than wait to save 25 cents and get picked over stuff.

I was wondering the same thing. I just got a cartwheel offer for a Fitbit Charge - 10% off. Hoping it is stackable with the 5% off.

All the store/manufacturer coupons are taking off first, then Cartwheel discount. 5% Red Card discount is taking off last.

In my local Target, the summer items are on clearance. I saw some school supplies on the seasonal shelves already but not yet a sales.

I was disappointed that I apparently missed the 25 cent spiral notebooks at Staples. Then today I found them for 17 cents at my local walmart. Whoohoo! Bought 25 for this year's class. My principal also sent out an email saying that a local factory that makes ziploc style bags is giving 2 cases away to teachers during a teacher appreciation event tomorrow. Yeah!
