In the past the BTS supply ads were out the week of July 4th. All I had in today's paper was the Staples ad. Does anyone know when Office Depot and Office Max will be starting their back to school sales?

Office Max in Louisville started today as well. You can look at their ad online to see if it is the same for where you are.

officemax had a page or so of bts stuff in their ad today, but i wasn't very impressed. aside from the $8.00 8Gb flash drive, i can do better at wal-mart.

Office Depot is still a few weeks away.

Office Max has a steal of a sale on glue sticks this week. .25 for a 4pk! You can also get 10 free file folders w/ a $5 purchase. There is a page or so of stuff but I'm not sure if this is the main sale.

Staples main sale seems to be this week.

Office Depot looks like it has a page of free after rebate items this week...

I didn't see the ads but Walmart was putting out their stock & Target's was already out today. Oldest DD & I went to the mall to do some school clothes shopping. I rarely buy summer clothes until we school clothes shop. It's usually shorts to almost Halloween. I buy on the bigger side to last a while.

Our local Target ad in Kansas City had some school supplies featured. Maybe check on line if you don't receive the newspaper.

I purchased some school supplies at Target today... not so much for the price but I wanted to knock off a few items that are harder to locate in my area the closer it is to back to school (8 count dividers with pockets- can find 5 count no pocket all day long on sale- but the ones my daughter's school has requested get harder to find) and those poly folders with prongs and pockets (the stinking red always go first!).

Walmart's ad is out. DH stopped by and he said the 10 cent glue sticks were completely gone but he found pretty much everything else. Still looking for a good price on wide ruled paper, DD went through a ton last year and I had to buy mid-season. :scared:

Our area WalMart did not run an ad, but I picked up some supplies to donate to Vacation Bible School. They had glue sticks for 10 cents, spiral notebooks for 10 cents, and comp notebooks for 50 cents.
The crayons and markers were still full price.

Most of the ads start this sunday. Back to School is here. Sad.

Found the glue sticks, just need 2 orange plastic folders without prongs and red cap erasers. Publix has 24 crayola crayons 3/$1 so I think we'll be stopping by there today to stock up. I'm so relieved that this year's list isn't crazy weird.
