i see a lot of people say that are on back to back cruises, how does it work?
Do you need to leave your rooms and the ship again or can you stay on?

If the turn around day is in a US port, you must leave the ship (the ship has to "zero out" of all passengers). You check in again in the terminal and usually reboard just before Concierge guests. The time in the terminal can be as short as 45 minutes up to a couple of hours that you are off the ship.

If you have the same room for both cruises, you can leave your "stuff" there, but you must take your ID and cruise documents with you when you leave the ship to check in again.

If you have different rooms, you pack up your bags, and your room host(s) will see to getting them to your next room while you exit the ship (with your check in documents, of course), and then reboard.

They escort off the ship and back on
Well, not all B2B cruisers get escorted off and on. Generally they only do that if there is a large group of them. Our last B2B there were only 3 parties doing B2B, we were directed what time to be off the ship and re-enter the terminal on our own. Once we were checked in, we were directed to the Concierge Lounge to wait. About 11:10 (5 minutes before the Concierge guests) we were called to enter the gangway, again not escorted, and board the ship.

Our cruise next week on the Wonder has between 500-700 guests doing the B2B Southern Caribbean-Repo to Miami. I heard that they have multiple meet points/times depending on what you are doing for the rest of the day but everyone needs to be off of the ship. You will get a letter in your cabin explaining the process.

That many people I wouldn't be surprised if Disney has an excursion that day for the b2bers. I was on a repo going to Alaska than the Alaska cruise and DCL had an excursion for us. I'm also want to this next year I have the last southern Caribean cruise book. We know a repo is going to happen after this cruise but don't know which way they are heading. Probably to Europe.

The majority of the time they will provide you with a letter stating what the procedure will be with that particular cruise. If you do not recaive one you can ask Guest Services or even you stateroom attendant.
