Back to Back cruise t-shirt design help please

Thank you for taking the time to read my request.
I am hopefully looking to have a design created for my cruise in May 2016. I had posted a request on a FB page but the group shut down just after I put my request in and it was never made hence me asking now. I am looking to have both itinerary maps in Mickey heads with ports listed beside it. Along with the dates and something like Solway's back 2 back cruise. We are doing San Diego to Vancouver May 18 2016 and Vancouver to Alaska May 23 2016. If the San Diego could have a pirate theme (fireworks over the Mickey head) and the Alaska theme (icicles from the Mickey head) that would be cool.
If anyone is willing to help me that would be amazing!

We will be on the Wonder. Leaving from San Diego May 18 2016. day one San Diego, day 2 Sea Day, Day Three San Francisco, Day Four and Five both Sea Days and Day Six Vancouver BC. Then the second part of our back to back leaves from Vancouver BC on May 23 2016.Day one Vancouver BC, Day two Sea Day, Day three Tracy Arm AK, Day four Skagway AK, Day five Juneau AK, Day six Ketchican AK, Day seven sea day, Day eight Vancouver BC.
