Just back from a week in Southern California.

Me, wife, DD-10/11, DS-9, DS-4/5, DD-3.

Day 0. Disneyland Resort Express LAX to hotel. Courtyard Marriott Theme Park Entrance. Water park. Von's groceries.
Day 1 in park. Family of the day/opened the park! Lunch at Plaza Inn. World of Color.
Day 2. Too wet. Threw in towel at 4 pm. Ordered Mi Casa Mexicana using Eat24/Yelp.
Day 3. Park/date night. Destination Sitters.
Day 4. LA Day. Donuts at Randys. Santa Monica Pier. Mass at Saint Vincents. Dinosaur Encounter at the Natural History Museum. Hot Dogs at Pink's. Hollywood Blvd.
Day 5. Birthday 1. DS-4/5 turned five. Cake at Wine Country Trattoria. Parade. Fireworks.
Day 6. Birthday 2. DD-10/11 turned 11. Cake at Carnation Cafe. Water park. Giant Manhattan Pizza.
Day 7. Flight home.

Courtyard. 4/4. Paid with cash and points. Great buy ($200/nt). Bunk beds, two showers, water park, dining area.
Von's. 4/4. Great service, bought too many beverages!
Plaza Inn 4/4. Roast beef is almost as good as the chicken!
Mi Casa Mexicana 3/4. Great price, good food. Took a bit too long.
Destination Sitters. 4/4. Kids loved the sitter, playing games. Very affordable.
Randy's Donuts. 4/4. OMG.
Natural History Museum. 2/4. Great museum, just didn't have a great time.
Pink's Hot Dogs. 4/4. OMG.
Cake 1. 3/4. Chocolate Cake, chocolate mousse, white frosting.
Carnation Cafe. 4/4. Not seated until 30 minutes after reservation-not fun. Chicken was great. Wife liked her burger.
Cake 2. 4/4. Chocolate Cake, white mousse, white frosting.
Giant Manhattan Pizza. 4/4. $30 for a 30" pizza (basically four large pizzas). Very good.
