Back to Back Allowed?

Wondering if anyone knew if you are allowed to do a back to back on the Disney Magic 6 day Sailing on Nov. 5-11, 2016 from New York to San Juan and then followed by the 5 night Nov. 11-16, 2016 San Juan to Miami sailing?

I know that there are sometimes issues with some back to back sailings.

I know you need to visit a "distant foreign port" when traveling between 2 US cities, and I do not think St. Maarten or the BVI meet that requirement. But, New York and San Juan are both US cities and the same is true of San Juan and Miami, so maybe stopping in San Juan solves the issue. I think it would be best to call and ask DCL directly.
