It's good that you got a reply ..... eventually! And nice that it's not just a standard apology.

I've given up buying the UK pins online. I'm not into pin trading and only buy pins I like but the UK pin online lark is such a fiasco. It was making me so cross when they were sold out in minutes and hey look there they are on ebay. Luckily I was successful in managing to complete on the couple I did like but I much preferred the old days when they had all the core pins too.

Elaine - don't get me started on pins and the current system for buying them . It is not good at all and Disney are messing up every 2 weeks with the new LE releases.

I agree about the pins on ebay - some are advertised BEFORE they even go on sale (like a preorder) - makes me wonder how sure that seller can be that they will get the amount of pins they are selling! I know why..... because I actually think a lot of them that go on ebay are sales by store staff. I have been watching pin releases for a while, it is the same people (give or take) and they always have a few of each new release. How can they unless they have inside Disney access . Not good when the pins are LE and are supposed to be limited to 2 pins per person - staff or not .

I had no problems with getting the Tiana pin online? What problems have been people having? I'm not sure how I am going to manage to get the Belle one on the 16th as I'll be at work and so will hubby! I don't understand pin trading to be honest, anyone want to enlighten me? I just decided to buy the LE pins for DD. Should I get a few LE ones that we don't want to trade in DLP?

The reply you received is nearly word for word the same as one I received after a complaint about a very rude CM in October 2008 even the first part about taking so long to reply.
