Last summer I was in a car accident and injured my neck & back.
My back is really playing up at the moment. I have an appointment with my physiotherapist on Saturday and my GP on Monday and then we're heading to DLP on Tuesday.

I'm really worried about how I'll manage. I'll have a backpack to carry and a double buggy to push for the boys. Never mind all he walking.
Any advice or tips?

What do you all usually carry around with you during the day at DLP? I'm an 'over packer' so will need to reign it in this time.

I have back and neck problems too sciatica and historic whiplash that crops up from time to time. Best thing I ever bought was hamster buggy bags, pannier side bags for pushchair. No need to carry rucksack.

I can hang the backpack on the buggy when I'm using it but I'm hoping to abandon it as much as possible!

All i use is a small crossbody handbag for my purse, phone park tickets and the girls autograph books. Ive a small backpack for the girls for juice/water btls/fruit/snacks and wipes this is left hanging on the rental stroller.

Ive a bad back too tho its been goodthe last 6mth , i worked with a personnl trainer last yr on strenghting my back musles and touch wood other than the odd twing it has held up!!

I've started doing pilates, I must remember to do a little bit of it each evening while I'm there.
