Well we are back from WDW july 19-29 and the first 5 days we stayed at Kidani village 2brm and it is just awesome.... we spent the last 5 days in Treehouse villas.... really nice but i would take Kidani over Treehouse... DW and myself walked to DVC centre from our Treehouse and met up with our DVC rep and started talking about te current incentives and he just laid it out for us and then we bought extra 100 points. price was 112. less 19.00 per point used for downpayment and we still had to pay out 1120. but they cover the closing cost. they id give us an option on the points at 100 points they give u either 19.00 off on the points or 13.00 + 3day cruise in Sept. 2010 we took the 19.00 off our use year is Dec so we also got 100 points to bank for 2008 now going to have 400 pts availble to me in dec. going to be a nice 2010 disney trip wooohoooo
