So we left for florida on tuesday the 20th our plane left at 12:30 and we arrived at our hotel around three. our room at SSR was ready when we got there! we were in the Paddock I thought SSR was great except for the buses and the food court. it had no options and the buses took forever! we waited for a studios bus for 60min!!!
We decided to go to port orleans for Dinner and off to the poly for Wishes on the beach.
Me, my sis, and my DBF were racing to make it for the fireworks thinking they were at nine when it turns out they were at ten!!!!
But while we waited we enjoyed so drinks from the pool side bar! it was a great ending to the first day!
on the 21st we headed to Hollywood studious
we arrived around nine and headed for tower of terror then hit R&R and tower again! then we walked back to toystory mania but it was not open
we Had lunch at the Sci Fi dinner which was very good
I bought myself one of those tiny crowns you see the BBB girls wearing and the castmember who rang me up was Santiago and after I paid for it he actually said attention every one I am pleased to present PRINCESS KATIE!!!
it was too cool!
We eventually hit everything in the Park and watched Fantasmic!! While in line I actually had a somewhat BAWB moment we were next to a lady in an ECV vehicle and she was running in to the back of peoples heels because they got in the way! I know BAWB wouldn't do this but it made me think of one of his segments!
anyway ...........
on the 22nd we had a some what resort day
we walked the Epcot resort area starting with the Boardwalk eating at ESPN zone
After lunch we made our way around walking toward Swan& Dolphin and around.
we went back to SSR and relaxed for a few hours then Hit Epcot for EMH this was great! DBF got to ride Mission Space in a 5 min walk on we hit test track, Figment, nemo for the first time.
we actually spent a lot of time in here looking at the Dolphins and the BIG Sea turtle!!!then we hit soarin and called it a night!
on the 23rd we hit the Magic kingdom!!!!!
we of course went straight to Space then buzz. DBF hit pirates for the first time and we hit all of the classics Mansion,splash,big thunder,Tiki room....
of course I had my Dole whip in Honor of BAWB
it was actually pretty good!!!
DBF and I had an ADR for cindy's our server was great he had alot of corny funny jokes and was on top of every thing I think his name was Ken??
in DBF soup there was a surprise
we were able to hit Indy speedway it was only a ten min wait!!
on the 24th we decided to hit the studious again to see if toy story was open
and it totally was!!! yeah!!!!
we ended up Riding 5 times!!! and we waited an hour for this ride each time but it was totally worth it! we ended up spending the whole day in the studios! riding tower and toy story, we also watched Indiana jones! while on Tower on the very last drop my memorial tag for BAWB flew off my bag and out in to the elevator shaft.
On the 25th we hit Animal Kingdom we hit the major rides then after getting drenched on the Rapids DBF and I went to the Resort to dry off from there the taunt of toy story hit us hard so we ran to the studios hit the tower and toy story......from there we hit magic kingdom's EMH watched wishes,and stayed there till one in the morning
on the 26th
DBF and I started our day with a couples Massage it was so worth it we were so relaxed for the rest of the day. that day we spent trying to get DBF's hair cut. we ate lunch at the poly and returned to SSR to get ready for the Pirate and princess party!!!!!
the fire works were awesome and the kids were too cute!!!
on the 27th we hit Epcot for most of the day we ate lunch at the Electric Umbrella and hit most of the same rides as we did the other night.
me and DBF left Epcot and after returning to SSR we saw the studios was open late so we went for two last goes on toy story making our count up to Ten times on toy story for the trip!! after returning to SSR we hit the Hot tub!!!
the dreaded 28th
we checked out
hit downtown disney and beaches and cream for lunch I cried almost the entire morning!!! I didn't want to leave!!! we flew out at 4:25 and I had to say good bye to my beloved Disney
Hopefully one day I'll be able to live in Orlando!!!!
