Back from POFQ/OKW 5-29 until 6-7

Just back Monday from a great trip to POFQ and OKW. We stayed one night at POFQ before switching over to OKW for 8 nights. We had bell services transfer luggage and this worked out great. Our 2 bedroom 2912 was ready at 3 pm which I thought was pretty good considering it was a Sunday and Memorial Day weekend. Dh hates switching hotels and I should have packed a bag with bathing suits to keep him occupied. The unit was in great shape. We had wet carpet outside the return AC vent in the hall by the laundry later in the week which was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. We enjoyed the location which was convenient to the Peninsular Rd bus stop. If we missed the bus there we just walked to the HH to catch it on the last stop. We had a grand villa above us and a lot of noise which was the only drawback.
We enjoyed exploring the Turtle Pond pool one evening and went to Saratoga Springs to swim twice and check out the model units. We had a couple of very good meals at Olivia's (this was our third trip to OKW but we had never eaten there). DH really liked having the high speed internet.
I did not see any disers this trip but met and talked with a family who only lives about 3 miles from me who are DVC members at BCV and SS.
Hope everyone else who just got back had just as good a time as we did!

Thank you for posting your trip report. How were the new renovations at POFQ? We have eaten many times at Olivia's & have always had good service & good food.

Judith: The rooms were nice at POFQ. All new furniture and bedding. They added a curtain like at CBR for a dressing area by the sinks. The bathrooms were unchanged except everything was freshly caulked. We enjoyed staying there for the night. It was the first hotel we had ever stayed at on property 7 years ago.
