Had a phenomenal time on our land and sea vacation! It was hot as Hades in WDW and I was soooooo glad to get on the ship last Monday. We had stateroom 5652, which has the extended verandah which was AMAZING. Loved it. It was our first verandah room and I don't think I can ever go back to an oceanview.
Our servers were phenomenal. Nigel and I'Negeah. We had a particularly tired and cranky 4 year old the first two nights, so they sent up my husband's dinner from the MDR for him each night. They were fabulous and wouldn't hesitate to ask for them again.
Weather was near perfect, only a couple of drops of rain on Castaway in the late afternoon.
My only disappointment is once again the Shutters photography. I had checked on day 2 for our photos and all were missing from the first 2 days. She was able to find them after looking at the hard copies in the little books for our stateroom. I didn't check again and we are missing all of our photos from day 4. Multiple people in our cruise group are reporting the same. One person has over 50 photos missing. With the money Disney brings in on these cruises surely they can do something about Shutters (I know Shutters is not Disney related or whatever). If Disney can do the memory maker in the park, there has to be a way for them to take over the ship photos.
Other than that... the countdown starts for Cruise 4 in March on the Fantasy.
