Back from All Star Sports!

Aug 5-9th. I haven't stayed here in about 5 years, and it was an OK visit. Check in was about 15 min standing in line. Got the location I wanted, Building 10 3rd floor, and end room too! I did notice the Ice Machine on that floor was out the entire visit, and I mentioned it to a Manager that was in the hallway one day, and they were waiting for a part. OK, but I had to go down one floor to get ice. I noticed the painting crew was touching up the X's and O's on the football field. WITH Managers observing too. Lots of Manager type people around for about 3 of the 4 days I was there, wonder why? Staff was Curteous, and Mousekeeping, were polite. I didn't use them, as I arrived late on Sunday, and kept the room organized myself while I was there, and they gave me extra towels to last the visit. I have to admit, I miss the Moderates and POP, but in a pinch Sports is still OK.

This is nice to hear. My first visit to a value is coming up to this resort. How far away is building 10 from food and bus stop? Also which floor do you recomend? Thanks!

map of Sports. See the football at the end of the word Touchdown, there is a path there that will take you to the buses without having to walk through the lobby.

The 3rd floor, and its very near the food court area. Check to make sure the Ice maker is working.

Thanks for the info. Checking in in less than 2 weeks Was at Sports about 6 years ago and had read good and bad recent reviews. Was very happy with Sports the last time we were there so hoping for another good trip!

So is it worth it to ask for the surf building? Or just ask for the football one? That looks on the map just as close!

i'm counting the days till we leave to . any preference of building numbers before I go I was thinking of 10 ,1 , 6 or maybe 8,9 it seems like a close walk to the other resort in the map .
