Bachelor Jake -- no-spoiler thread

They're delusional. Why do they think Vienna should step back? They wouldn't step aside for her. SHe doesn't owe them anything.

Boy the claws are coming out - they're ganging up on Vienna for sure. Was she supposed to go hide so they can all have time with Jake? ITA they wouldn't do that for her.

Elizabeth=drama queen!

I do have to say that I am glad that Jake is not afraid to send someone home prior to a rose ceremony...I love guys that don't string women along....if you know for a fact that she is not the one for you then send her home

I must have missed something somewhere but why do they all hate Vienna.

I was saying if you want one on one time then get off your booty and go get him, that is exactly what Vienna did so don't be mad at her because she took the initiative before you did

I was thinking the exact some thing - get up and go talk to Jake

I must have missed something somewhere but why do they all hate Vienna.

I was wondering the same thing....can someone please help us and fill us in on what happened and why all the others have it out for Vienna

Well ... one one hand I agree with you, but on the other hand it would really make it more difficult for the women. You just never know when you will be asked to go home. As much as I disliked Michelle, I think that sending her home early put a lot more pressure on the other women than was already there. And that's saying a lot! Basically, Jake is a "wild card" and cannot be counted on for following the rules. There are rules and a rhythm to the show and deviating from that will throw everyone into a tizzy.

I am SO glad that Elisabeth is gone. She was such a tease and then got all offended when he called her on it. YES! You should have kissed him. What a moron. He actually liked her and was interested but I don't blame him one little bit for kicking her butt to the curb. Who needs the extra drama?

I missed the first 20-30 minutes and Vienna's date. I assume that the other women are PO'd at Vienna is because she bragged about her date so much. It seems that she was also doing some trash talking on the side. I liked Ali before but now that crazy Michelle is gone we need a new villain and she may be it with her hatred/jealousy of Vienna. What I find most interesting is that I think Vienna is the least beautiful woman left.

I really don't like Allie (sp?) she seems to like to keep stirring up the pot and figures she needs to speak on behalf of everyone even though it is mainly her opinion but she twists it to be everyone's opinion!

I agree. I can't figure out why the girls "hate" her.:confused3 Watching her "interupt" Jake & ???, I think the producers sent her in. Jake & crybaby were talking, she was in the doorway in the background looking to the side, like she was waiting for her que.

The girls are ALWAYS interupting each other's "time" w/ Jake. It's part of the show. If he wanted to hear the rest of crybabies story, he could have told Vienna, give us a few more minutes. He didn't have to go w/ her.

I hope he winds up w/ Ella. He was so sweet w/ her son. If she's not picked, I can see her as the next Batchelorette.

...remember, in the beginning Jake said that he didn't necessarily want a beautiful woman, but a BEAUTIFUL HEART....

...I'm really stating to like Ella.....what a great birthday for her!
I think she knew about it. It was her birthday, and they did something like that when Jason was the bachelor for the woman with the daughter. She just didn't seem that surprised to me.

When he sent home Valishia, my DD and I looked at each other and said "Who's she"?! I don't remember seeing her at all.

I totally agree! I don't think Valishia said one thing on camera the past couple of weeks. He did keep a couple of girls that are rarely shown though, so who knows what is up with that?

I am liking Ali less and less. I think her true colors are starting to show. If Vienna has been trash talking the other girls it must be behind the scenes, because I don't think they've shown it.

Was I seeing/hearing things or did Jake ask Chris if he HAD to give out all the roses during the previews? It looked to me like he wanted to "thin the herd" even more than he was supposed to and threw the remaining roses in the fire. If so, good for him! Why string someone along that has no chance.

I think this season has the cattiest girls ever on the show. It's hard to come up with anyone who hasn't been a witch at some point. (maybe Ella??)

I really don't like Allie (sp?) she seems to like to keep stirring up the pot and figures she needs to speak on behalf of everyone even though it is mainly her opinion but she twists it to be everyone's opinion!

I totally agree. I couldn't believe how mean she was last night. :scared1:

I am wondering about why the girls all hate Vienna so much - do you all think it is because of something she did or is it because they see a connection between her and Jake and they are jealous? I don't know what to think. :confused3

They haven't shown us anything horrible that Vienna did, but that doesn't mean it didn't happen.

What does it mean when the girls are talking about Vienna coming home. Surprised that she came home at all? Meaning he would ask her to leave or stay out all night with her?
On individual dates, you either get a rose or you don't. If you do, you're still on the show; if you don't, you go home right then without going back to the house (bags are packed...someone picks them up)...no waiting for the rose ceremony.
"...bless her heart..."
I immediately thought of the DIS. :)
Is it really wise to tell Jake about Vienna? Hasn't it bit others in the back in past seasons?
I thought the same thing.
What's the deal with Ella's clothes? First she's in blue, then red, then blue, then red......
I know! What was up with that?? I was rewinding, and watching again, and rewinding. :confused3  Reminds me of the finale with Deanna I think...the flowers kept changing colors. I would love to see all the raw footage to see what really goes on.

I think it was awesome, Jake sending Michelle home when he did. She was playing a game...just begging for drama...and she got it. Good for him! I gained a whole new respect for him...he's not as wimpy as I thought. I think he's coming off now as one of the more serious "there to find a wife" bachelors. Same with how he was calling out Elizabeth with the teasing about kissing. And both women were totally clueless about their own behavior. :confused3 For Elizabeth to keep saying that it was all because she wouldn't kiss him...what a loon! It was the teasing, you idiot.

And if sending Michelle home makes the other girls uneasy...:confused3. Then they need to not go on a TV show to find a man.
When he sent home Valishia, my DD and I looked at each other and said "Who's she"?! I don't remember seeing her at all.
:lmao: I said the same thing!!! I think the producers snuck her in for last night's show. :rotfl:

Regarding Vienna...she came off bad from the beginning. I don't remember exactly why (but I do have it TIVO'd, so maybe I'll take a look when I get a chance). But I do like her now. I think that apology was tough and sincere, and although I liked Ali best before, she's sort of annoying me now being the self-appointed leader/spokesperson of the group.

Vienna needs a makeover...tone down the bleached hair, a good cut, and ease up on the teeth whitening.

Jeafl...just read your post before posting this. I think Jake asked Chris about giving out all the roses at the Rose Ceremony, and I think he threw the rose into the fire on an individual date. Who was he on the date with? I have to re-watch that too. I was watching it late last night, and kept falling asleep, waking up, falling asleep. I really need to devote more "quality time" to this show. :rotfl2:

I agree, I liked Ali in the beginning but she is turning out to be such a busy body!

What everyone in the house needs to remember is that they are all human, Vienna is young and excited to be there..just like the rest, she will be excited about Jake, but maybe she just needs to tone it down a little and think before she "gushes" about him and their date...this is not the machinations of an evil, conniving, back stabbing "b**ch", but the normal behaviour of a young person falling in love...when I think about how I must have sounded when I was first dating my husband...oi, I must have gotten on EVERYONE'S nerves...but they weren't dating him at the same time so they were very indulgent of my stories...these girls just need to close their pie holes and worry about themselves and not about little Vienna's stories..pretty soon there won't be too many of them around to listen anyways!! LOL!!!

I think we have to remember that we only see small little tidbits of what the girls live with. Corrie somewhat summed it up in her comedy routine. Vienna has one of those personalities that retract people, and to make it worse, she doesn't even realize it.

When she got the solo date the LOOKS on the girls faces said it all.:scared1::guilty::upsidedow:scared: And she kept babbling and babbling about how he has to see the FUN side of her. They all looked at her like "WHAT fun side?"

Valisha???? :confused3 What the... ? Did they drop her down from the roof? And he told her "tell the KIDS hello for me". Did she have children and they totally gave that coveted Jason/Stephanie/single parent role to Ella? Wow, I'm sure her friends are wondering why she ended up on the editing floor.

Totally agree with all of this.:thumbsup2 I couldn't believe Elizabeth was still asking Jake if he wanted a kiss when he was cleeaaarly saying that it was the teasing that was ticking him off.

Finally a bachelor with his head on his shoulders and not down south, if you know what I mean. Jake seems to be taking this much more seriously than I would have thought. Wonder if Jillian is wishing she did give him that rose instead of Ed.:rolleyes1

Is it really wise to tell Jake about Vienna? Hasn't it bit others in the back in past seasons?

I was thinking the same thing. It never works out well for the girls who tell about the house drama.

Michelle's an idiot. I guess he called her bluff.

This killed me. She opened the door and then was shocked/upset when he pushed her through.

I really like Ella. But I agree, I wouldn't be going on the Bachelor and bringing my son. How confusing for him...here's mommy's potential hubby but just in case it doesn't work it, don't worry! He's actually dating 10 other women too!

I wasn't suprised that Jake surprised her with her son. It's happened before. But I don't agree with it at all. During the hometown dates when they are meeting family, that I'm okay with. But this early in the show? No way.

What's the deal with Ella's clothes? First she's in blue, then red, then blue, then red......

I noticed that too. She must have changed after the dolphin swim thing, but they edited the date out of sequence.

I've liked Ali & can see how much she likes Jake but she kinda went after Vienna after Vienna apologized

I am liking Ali less and less. I think her true colors are starting to show.

I've liked Ali since the beginning, but last night she was adding/prodding to the drama. Pot stirrers don't stick around to the end so it could very well be the beginning of the end for her.

I do have to say that I am glad that Jake is not afraid to send someone home prior to a rose ceremony...I love guys that don't string women along....if you know for a fact that she is not the one for you then send her home

I agree. I think it shows he is there to find his happily ever after.

I am SO glad that Elisabeth is gone. She was such a tease and then got all offended when he called her on it. YES! You should have kissed him. What a moron. He actually liked her and was interested but I don't blame him one little bit for kicking her butt to the curb. Who needs the extra drama?

I can't believe she didn't get what he was saying. She had no clue that she was coming off as a tease.

Watching her "interupt" Jake & ???, I think the producers sent her in. Jake & crybaby were talking, she was in the doorway in the background looking to the side, like she was waiting for her que.

I thought the very same thing when i saw her in the background. They asked her to go interrupt to cause more drama.

When he sent home Valishia, my DD and I looked at each other and said "Who's she"?! I don't remember seeing her at all.

I thought the exact same thing.

Ella=Stephanie from the season with Jason. Bring in the kid for her birthday and surprise her. Same accent. Same 'family' date at a them park. Come on producers - can't you be more creative??
The difference (slight) is that Jake seems a little more enamored with Ella than Jason was with Stephanie.

But anyway, Jake will not go for Ella. Personally, I like Allie the best, the Tenley.

Tenly? Did I miss something? In the previews she is saying she is pregnant.........I don't remember seeing anything about it in the show last night..........is that something that is still to come? If it is, they shouldn't have played it so soon.
