If you can find one, look for a SolarVEIL mei tai. The solarweave has spf but isn't as breathable as solarveil. I have a SV MT that I use at Disney and it was very comfy and cool when I used it this month. I also had on a nursing tank and tshirt.
I also have a SV RS but I still haven't gotten the hang of it. Not sure if I ever will.
Have you checked out the FSOT board on Diaper Swappers or Thebabywearer? I bought all of mine used and they are like new.
solarveil is hard to come by nowadays since it's not being manufactured anymore
