Baby Tiger Bakso viewing experiences?

So currently, the walking path to the tigers is being directed to enter via the exit side in the mornings? That's good to know, as we'll be trying to catch a glimpse of Basko 2 weeks from now.

Correct and you should see the line and multiple CMs in the area to answer questions about how to / where to wait for Basko via the Tiger platform viewing area or how to bypass it to see the rest of the attraction, for guests interested in view other parts of Maharajah Jungle Trek.

This past Sunday, we got in line around 9:45. Waited approx 45-50 min. Spent 3-4 min in viewing area. Luckily both of them were very active.

I was in Ak this week about 3pm and Cast Member told me that they only bring Basko out morning to early afternoon. Went back for resort Early Entry on Tuesday. Was coming out of FOP right at 8am when regular guests were entering. Headed to Maharajah Trek where there were about 50 people in line ahead of me. Opened at 9am and line was walked to a stopping point a few feet from the steps up to the viewing area. Cast Members were allowing about 4 people at a time to go up but there was no enforced limit to how long people could stay so it took a little while to be able to actually see (especially for a short person like me). Mom and baby were chasing each other around for a little while, I left when they settled down and put their backsides to us. Exited the Trek about 9:15. Basko was bigger than I realized he would be, maybe two feet in length?

I went yesterday and saw him around 1:15 pm. No line, the viewing area wasn't very crowded and cast members weren't enforcing time limits. Guests were respectful of each other and Bakso was really active!

Went about a week and a half ago after lunch, around 12:30, no line. Baby was up on the platform napping/moving a bit and momma was sleeping under the platform but her head moved when he moved so still keeping an eye her little boy. Who is not so little! As you can see from PP he's growing quick!

Went 2 days ago at 11:40, no line to get into the area but a bit of a crowd at the viewing areas and people not moving because they were taking videos. Mom and baby were out playing and chasing each other around. They could be seen from multiple viewing areas.

They won't tell you his dad's name though. Seems that Conrad has gotten too good at associating his name with food so he wants food from his keepers every time someone calls his name. Bakso and Sohni are more immune to their names being said.

The blog I read said they had trained dad to expect treats for recognizing when his name was said so it was upsetting him to hear it so much and not be getting anything. Apparently camera flashes are not Tiger Treats...
