Baby swap?

Can baby swap be used on any rides or just those with height restrictions?

Just those w/ height restrictions. Essentially if they baby or young child can ride the ride/attraction-- then this option isn't offered.

Just keep in mind about the baby swap, I have actually seen this happen. Mother, father and i guess he was about 3 or 4 years old, standing in a long line. The kid all happy about going on a big people ride. They get to the front of the line and the kid steps onto the ride only to be picked up by the father and handed off to the mother waiting her turn. The kid screamed and cried the whole time, because he wanted to go on the the ride. I don't know how old your baby is, just keep this in mind though. When my DD was not big enough for a ride, we passed it by.

My husband and I used the baby swap a lot last October and it worked out great. It is just for those attractions with height restrictions though. We tried to use it on the Haunted Mansion because our daughter was afraid but there is no height restriction so they wouldn't let us. Just an FYI about what TerryU stated about waiting in line and having the kid get disappointed...you all don't have to wait in line...you go up to the CM working on the ride and they give you a little slip like a fastpass to give to your partner when you come off...only the one person who is going on first has to wait in line, 2nd one goes on through fastpass with the ticket so you can go off and do something more intresting with the little one while you wait!! Have fun!

Some rides like mission space and tunnel under slash mountain have kiddy playgrounds.. My daughter was only disappointed on the star tours ride. She wanted to see the robots (broke my heart). The other times we did other things she could do or she napped during the wait.

Well what if you go with another couple can one couple go on the ride and swap with the other so they don't have to wait in line seperately?
