Baby switch is the best - especially when used with fast pass. Get your normal fast pass tickets (only the amount needed for the 1st group going on the ride). When it is your time, show the attendant (at the beginning of the line) that you have a 2nd party, and then they give you a little slip of paper to "switch". After group 1 is done, group 2 (can include 1 person from group 1) goes back through the fast pass line - it is great!!!!
I second this, it works awesome with a family of 4 or 5. I have a family of 5 and my youngest was 2 and couldn't go on several rides, but my two older daughters could go on all of them.
For example, my wife and DD8 would go get a fastpass for Indiana Jones while me and my DD6 would go get a fastpass for Splash Mountain. Lets say our time for Indiana Jones came up first, we would go to the ride, walk up to the cast member standing at the fastpass entrance (we didn't wait in line, just go up to them) and asked for a baby swap pass. My wife and DD8 would then proceed down the fastpass line while me and my DD6 waited for them to get off the ride.
TIP: We would take their park passes and go get another fastpass while they were on the ride. For example, let's say their Indiana Jones fastpass times were between 10:00 am - 11:00 am. We can show up for the ride anytime after 10:00 am and they get to use the fastpass line. In this example, let's say we show up at 10:15 am, get the baby swap, and I take my wife and DD8's annual passes before they get in line. While they are in line for the ride, me, my DD6, and my DD2 would head over to another ride like Big Thunder Mountain and get a fast pass using my wife and DD8's park passes. This can be done as long as you are requesting another FP after the start time of their current FP. In this case the start time was 10:00 am, and we were requesting the new FP after that start time. We then head back over to Indiana Jones, and only have to wait for a few minutes before they are off the ride. Then me and my DD6 get to walk right down the same fastpass line, but instead use the baby swap pass, and get the same preferrential treatment as the FP users get.
You can continue the cycle like this all day, getting fastpasses and using them at the exact same time you obtain the baby swap.
Make sure you take advantage of the baby swap while you can. It's great and can save you a TON of time if used right.
