Hi everyone,

We need some advice on baby strollers for an upcoming trip to Disney. We have been to Disney many times especially since we have owned DVC however, this is the first time we are going with two little ones as our second was just born.

Here is the scenrio:
We are staying at BCV and bringing the in laws with us, they are going to commando through the parks as we will probably only go to one park and maybe a second one. Our first is going to be almost 3 when we go and the other will be 5 months.

Here is the question:
From your experience is it better to bring two strollers vs. one? We just bought a double stroller front and back and we have two other strollers.

Any thoughts?

I'd bring two strollers. I always found it easier to get around with two.

Actually, since this is more about traveling with little ones, I'm going to move it to the Disney with Families board.

Bring umbrella strollers real easy to get on the buses and even the airports. 5 months might be to young for the umbrella but I would bring one for the 3 year old.

I'd do an umbrella for the older and a snap-n-go with your car seat for the baby. I'd also bring a carrier for the baby--a sling or ergo or the like, you have time to experiment.
Have fun!

Definitely 2 strollers. That way if one child is tired/having a bad day/whatever, one of you can stay in the park while the other returns to the hotel.

I would think 2 strollers, granted this will mean that having a "runner" for FPs may prove to be more challenging, but you'll find navigating crowds and such easier.
However, if you and DH are alone with kids this will mean each of you has to collapse a stroller to get on a tram or bus.

I also have 2 small children 3 and 5 in May. Both have gone to disney since they were 6 months. May I suggest you take 2 srollers but when you are at the parks rent a single stroller for the older child. I've done this since my son turned 3. It's so much easies to only bring 1 stoller on the buses instead of 2. My older son doesn't stop asking can you get the "blue stroller again" He loves it.

Good luck!! Believe me on I say going to Disney with a child under one is much easier they when they hit the terrible 2's. Both of my sons at that age would just sleep when they get tired. Now they cry, scream and throw what every they get there hands on as we are trying to make a bee line out of the parks.
