Baby shower Thank you gifts

So I'm trying to figure out what to get the two girls that are hosting my baby shower. I would like to make something crafty since one is my scrapping buddy. I was thinking of using a paintcan as my bag and then adding some other things.

Anyone have some ideas for what could go inside? I'm thinking mostly crafty but I could buy a couple things too. I'm just drawing a blank on what to put in them. LOL DH says I'm getting baby brain.

An album maybe, do you have pics of yourself with them?

What are their hobbies an interests?

I don't really have alot of pictures with me and them so an album may not work. I was thinking maybe a squash book or something in their favorite colors. I could leave it blank and they could add the pictures that they want. I also thought about some coasters or a stamped candle or something. I feel bad since one of the girls is doing alot more work then the other but I need to present pretty identical gifts.

Do you guys think it would be too tacky to give the girl whose doing the bulk of the work an extra gift outside of the shower. I mean like after everyone is gone or even a day or so later? She's the one really doing all the work so I feel like she should get a little something more.

I was thinking the same thing or even the next time we book our Archivers crop maybe I'd just go ahead and pay for hers or something.
