Baby Sea Lions!

We just got back yesterday from Orlando. We were at Sea World this past Monday and we just loved it!

Anyway, while we were there we went to see the sea lions and there were two babies. One was a week old and the other was only an hour old. They were so cute.

Also, I got to feed a couple of the sea lions. Yep - bought some of that stinky fish to throw at them! There was one that looked like it had cataracts or something wrong with it's eyes. He would slap his flipper on the water as if to call attention to himself and I threw some fish to him and he ate; then there was another sea lion who did the same thing. I said to him "ok you want a fish? Then you better catch it." I threw the fish to him and he caught it! That was cool!

Awwww, I love sea lions and babies, well how adorable are they?

Thanks for sharing, we love feeding them when they bark at us and compete for fish. Fun stuff.

Oh how sweet. We were there on Sunday and just missed the birth. I didn't even see the week old little guy. I wish I had known to look for him. Thanks for sharing the pix, they were great!

Any hope of a trip report?? I am currently planning our family's next trip and would love any information you have to share. Restaurants, crowds, exhibit and show info. . . anything???
