thanks, i will keep you guys posted...still no news, but DW is feeling great, and still have some pre labor contractions about 5 minutes apart.

I have it recorded and in the pool, but dont have time to post another one right now.






MOM and baby are doing great, she is still have contractions about 5 minutes apart, and baby is moving around like crazy, sticking out feet and rolling in circles.

I will let you guys know when something happens.

well they have been about 5 minutes apart all week, not painful, just having some prelabor contractions.

last night they went down to 3 minutes for a while, then back to 5 minutes while we were laying in bed.

How exciting!!!

i still tell her it is going to be some time today or this weekend.


at least i hope, i am so excited i can hardly stand it.

Had a baby visit this morning.

DW is still at 2 cms, and about 80 % thinned out, still have some contractions every 5 minutes, they went down to 3 minutes on saturday for a while, but then jumped back up to 5 again.

She is getting excited it is now 1 week away from the orginial due date, so we will see, it can be any time, and we are getting excited,

she said lots of walks this week...i told her to do some jumping jacks.

She is getting excited it is now 1 week away from the orginial due date, so we will see, it can be any time, and we are getting excited,

she said lots of walks this week...i told her to do some jumping jacks.

I've heard that a certain activity can sometimes break the water ... But don't do that because I'd lose the poll.

Tell her to hang in there Dan and keep practicing the hand-holding and "push/don't push" lines The wee one has already passed my own b-day and the day I guessed, so best of luck to the other poolers and especially to the soon-to-be mom and dad!

It didn't work for me. I was so desparate that I tried everything! Part of our neighborhood was still under construction and the streets weren't paved yet. We took a drive over the bumpy muddy streets trying to induce labor! Nothing worked. Ended up having a c-section, but that was good because DD6 had a HUGE HEAD!!!

Anyway, my advice is Mexican food (lots of spice) and lots of walking.

Of course, you need to wait until April 24th to do those things....

I told the doctor to put that down on the prescription slips. We still have a week to go, so have to follow docs orders.

she said she wants to go on lots of walks this week, so she is getting ready when i come home from work today,
and she is making some chili for dinner...but hers is not that spicy, i might have to make some of my spicy tacos, for her.

Oh yeah the walking helps. For my first I walked a ton the day before I had him.
Of course the real reason I went full on into labor was my very aggressive internal exam But hey it got it all going and he was born less than 24 hours later!
