Baby care center question?

Do the baby care centers stay open as long as the parks are open? I know the MK stays open pretty late with EMH, and I was just wondering if the centers are staffed the whole time.

I think they are open about the same times as the park. I thought I saw the sign that said they opened about a half hour after the park opened (at MK), and closed a half hour before the parks closed.
