I've gotten hooked on smoothies. My current favorite is spinach, 1 apple, some fresh pineapple, a hand full of blueberries and a pear or two. Toss in a little ice and blend.

Ladies, I have been having a lot of shoe angst for my upcoming trip, but today, I think God took pity on me and my busted knee. (I hurt it running.)

I went to Dick's Sporting Goods, with a coupon, and got $130 running sneakers that feel like they were made for my foot for only $84.99. So excited!

And then I'd ordered to some casual shoes from Zappos, and the arch support hits me in an awesome spot. I think they may be perfect for my solo trip!

Thats great!! I'm still trying to get my shoe situation worked out. I have not found a pair of athletic shoes that I can wear for any lenght of time. And I am soooo shoe vain.

The house people want to meet with DH and I on Saturday morning. The lady (who showed it to us) called my work today to verify my employment. My boss asked if she just needed that info or did she need a reference as well. The lady said no, she wasn't looking for a reference but if she wanted to give one.....Well, apparently I was given a "glowing report!" I love my boss.

Now, I'm having anxiety over what do we do if we actually get offered the house??!! You would think it's pretty cut and dry but I guess I just never thought we'd actually get this far. It seems the owners really are more concerned with getting the "right people" rather than just fill it as quickly as possible.
