LOVE. This. Quote.... :rotfl2:

It's nice to see some expansion going on in the MK, even if I'm not thrilled with the overall theme. Seems like so much is getting cut back, that an addition is a welcome, well.....addition!!! Did anyone see the main page blog headline about evening EMH being reduced to 2 hours?.....how carpy. :( But, if you think of all the people being paid for that one extra hour, I can see the cost savings. It just stinks. I loved the last hour of an evening EMH.

.

That does stink. I thought at first it was going to be just two nights, which would really stink! I love my evening EMH's. Don't really use the morning ones. Too early.

And, for anyone who goes in the off-season, it'll really cut back on the parks being open "late!" Ugh. When you really stop and think about the changes made over the last 5 or so years, there have been a lot, even if they were meant to be subtle (the Dining Plan comes to mind....I'll only do that if it's "free" now....the changes to that since its inception -- never mind the correspondgin price increases -- just don't make it worth it!!!).
Yeah, I'm just about over the cut backs and the price increases.

I grew on Disney and wanted my kids to have the same opportunities.

Ouch!! I was going to ask if she was able to retrieve it, but then again I don't suppose it would matter at that point! :( I'm glad to see that train station open again, as well as my nice little path over to Tomorrowland. LOVE that path. Don't know why.

.

...oh. my.
She did get it back and is currently drying it out.

I would've lost it.

Good morning. This is the only day I'm working this week, but it will be a 9 hour day. I'm sure it will be busy. I wonder if she wants me to take the kids on the boat again swimming? Guess I'll find out soon enough. Have a good day everyone. :)

kimmar -- question for ya.....when does spring typically settle in down your way?? I mean I know any given year is subject to freak spring snowstorms and such, but in general? I'm wondering about a possible NYC weekend next year for our annivesary, which is late April. Late April here in NH can be a crap shoot. It doesn't have to be super warm, but I'd at least like some leaves starting to appear on the trees!

....ooooh, late April is generally really nice here! In fact, my DH planted his veggie garden early and we got the fruits of his labor earlier too...;) . He has a friend that lives in upstate NY (near Oneonta) and they always compare temps and the blooming of the flora and such - we are usually 2 to 3 weeks ahead of him....

....oh, ya mean like that crazy snowstorm we had BEFORE HALLOWEEN???!?!? That was just plain NUTS!!

I didn't have any snowstorms down here. :confused3 Freaky.

Really? Shocking.

People never cease to amaze me.

SIL posted on FB today that Dneph has been beside himself because he misses his favorite sweatshirt from How to Train Your Dragon.

It was shredded the day of his accident while the paramedics were going through all the triage.

I took the post and copied it over to my Touring Plans FB group and lo and behold...
someone had one they no longer need.

I've said it before, and I'll shout it from the rooftops - Disney people are such good people. We all have a common bond and through that, relationships with others that enjoy the common thread can grow and do amazing things.

That is so nice. I hope getting the shirt helps him heal mentally.

It's funny, I wonder how much the Floridians love Blizzard Beach.... I've only done the water parks once, but when we did, I tried it once and wanted nothing further to do with it!! Going around the lazy river, when you went under a walkway, the water dripping down on you was, appropriately, freezing cold. However, being from New England, the last thing I want when I visit Florida is to feel like I'm back in the snow!!! :lmao: I'm a Typhoon Lagoon gal all the way. :thumbsup2
