Yep, used it in 2010. Was awesome! Would definitely use again if we weren't past that stage now. At the time it was cheaper to go through them direct vs. booking the bundle through Disney. I just picked out what I wanted and called them direct, when I said DCL they already had the address and knew what to do. The package was waiting in our stateroom with our luggage. It was nice not having to cart that stuff all the way from home. I liked getting stuff that wasn't included in the bundles, like swim diapers.

As above, it used to be cheaper to go thru them directly rather than using DCL link! Great service.

Another thought is that if you are on a cruise that stops at Key West, the CVS there will have all that you need.

I would fill a test cart with what you need and get a shipping cost quote before planning to use them. We tried to do it for a cruise out of LA last year and the shipping was over twice the cost of what we wanted to order.
