Babies/Toddlers and pools?

I just have a quick question:

Are babies and toddlers allowed in the pools as long as they are wearing the swim diapers?

We're staying a Carribean Beach if that makes a difference.

Yes! We stayed at CBR in june and my 2yo was not completely pottytrained( but she is now wahoo!) and she was in the pool/waterpark with her swimmie on. I think there are signs that tell you that they need a swimmie but they r not banned from pool altogether!
