BA Fare Sale Extended!

I just received an e-mail from Airline Network saying that the BA fare sale has been extended, for another 4 days! I just priced a flight from Gatwick to Orlando flying out on the 9/12/06 and returning on the 22/12/06 for 3 adults and 1 child and the total price was £1293.40 that included taxes and weekend supplement! Departures have to be between the 1/11/06 and 16/12/06. Unfortunately we are not able to take advantage of this as DH doesn't have any holidays left Hopefully this will help someone else

Just a tip as well - we have a couple of last minute wedding guest possibilities who were looking at flights, but the prices for the times they need to travel were all sold out at the £299 price - they called BA holidays, and a fly drive package was about £150 cheaper than flight only. You can't do a price search for holidays online, you have to call, but it's worth a look if your dates aren't available on the World Offer

Yesterday I priced up 5th-19th August (Sundays) and it was £377.60 pp, which I thought was a great price for that time of year.
