We are going on B2B2B cruises in October. Two bottles of wine might work for two cruises, but probably not so well for three. Are we allowed to go back to our vehicle between B2B cruises to get something/wine? We understand that we have to get tested between cruises and thought while we are out for the test, maybe we could go to our vehicle.

Things may be different than they were in the past due to Covid. In the past if you were doing a BTB, you would gather, leave the ship as a group, wait a short (usually) time to check in for the next leg and re-board before new guests were even in the terminal. If you chose to leave the terminal completely, then you became just like the new guests and had to wait to re-board. We did this once in PC as we wanted to go up to the Merritt Island refuge and see the manatees, so were gone for several hours. I do not know if a quick trip to your car in the garage would count the same way.

I wonder if you could bring the extra, allow it to be confiscated and retrieve it at the end of your cruise. Maybe call and ask?

They aren't confiscating excess alcohol they are discarding it. See https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/why-cruise-disney/experience-updates/embarkation-day-us/

Luggage
We strongly recommend all bags and luggage be checked in. Guests 21 years of age and older are allowed to bring a maximum of 2 bottles of wine or one 6-pack of beer in their carry-on luggage. Additional alcohol beyond this limit or discovered in checked luggage will be discarded. Bringing liquor and spirits (including powdered alcohol) on board is prohibited.

We did B2B cruises last month. We each brought 2 bottles of wine, so we had 4 total. We didn’t even drink all that we brought because we also bought drinks on the ship.

We did not have the option to leave the terminal. We were escorted off the ship by a cast member, who walked us thru customs and back to the terminal. She stayed in the terminal until time for us to get back on the ship.

If you went to your car, they may make you wait with the new passengers to board the ship. I would just buy bottles of wine on the ship.

non refrigerated trucks?
Correct. Certainly extreme temperatures can impact wines, but that may be several years from now. A week in a car for a wine that is going to be immediately consumed should have no impact. And of course, Red wines should never be refrigerated.

No way the wine distributors in states like Florida and California are using non refrigerated trucks to transport wine.

I'm in California. You order wine from a winery here, it goes on a FEDEX or UPS truck, an unrefrigerated truck.

EDIT: It appears that FEDEX Ground is the preferred delivery provide for wines ordered from Napa and Lodi wineries. Those trucks are not refrigerated.

Those are direct to consumer sales and wineries won't ship until the weather cools down. The wine distributors have refrigerated trucks

Next time I drive by Total Wine or BevMo I will look to see if there is a delivery truck there and if it is a refer. However, if you Google it, you will find that refrigerated trucks are not normally used for wine delivery to stores.
