There is an MD where I work who has a habit of speaking to one's "bodice". I have been known to gently put my finger under his chin & raise it up, while simultaneously saying "My eyes are up here".

Whether I would say something in your situation would depend on if I was his client, he was my client, how much I'd have to deal with him and so forth. I tend to go for a lighthearted touch in these situations, as I do think human beings are human beings. Men are going to look.

I work with all guys and believe me I do not have anything uncovered at work or even near "sexy" clothes on- think t-shirt and jeans- and I find myself throughout the day saying "eyes up here" to a few of them!
