I just called disney and spoke to an awesome cm. I knew I had a pin for free park hopper upgrade but I didn't want to use it. I asked the cm if I had any pins she told me I had the park hopper upgrade. I told her no thanks I don't park hop and she said one minute I will try to find you a better deal. She came back an offered me the big kids little kids discount. It is a good deal for us. I am so greatful she took the time to help me. I was on the phone for about 40 minutes. I love it when you find nice helpful people.

The CM I talked to today helped me rearrange my bounceback reservation and saved me about $300. I've heard others say that CMs are not supposed to help you find the best deal, but this one sure did. The last one I talked to did not tell me that some of the dates I had booked were blocked out and I was paying rack room rates. I was able to add another night at CR for only $50 more than my previous reservation.
. we got the kids eat and play free. we already had the free dinning planned out, but DH's 30th bday is the end of Oct and really would like to go then. However no FD then, and the pin we got is actually going to cost us more to go then than in sept/oct with FD. I was thinking of calling to see if they would switch us offers, but didn't know.
