AHHHH....Donuts. Is there anything they can't do?

I work the overnight shift from 7am-7pm. I usually don't have any problems with my points except for my first night.
Here's my schedule:
Saturday - up at 7am with the kids (dh also works the midnight shift, but he works on Friday night and gets off at 8am on Saturday morning otherwise he would help). Anyway, I am up all day with them (sometimes I get an hour or so nap in once dh wakes up) and then I am off to work. I work all night and into Sunday morning. I usually get to bed at 8am Sunday
Sunday thru Tuesday everything is normal for me so it's easy to stay on points.
I try and stick to 19 points a day. That is where I have found that I loose weight.
So here's my problem. There is no way for me on my 24 hour day to make it on 19 points. I don't like using Flex Points because I feel like I am cheating. I drink plenty of water and take 1 pointers, but it's just not working. I need something more substantial.
My questions are
If I just cut myself some slack and go over the 19 points how much should I being allowing myself? Because if you say 8 points I am heading for the Little Debbie's! She and I are really tight! and of course I don't want to do that. That Little Debbie's a little Witch when you are doing WW's!
