Avoiding EMH in January?

EMH changes or not, I'm not re-arranging our ADR's for MLK weekend. Though is maddening I the latest adr for LTT on Saturday of MLK weekend was 5:45 pm, because "the park is closing early" ... it's now open til 10 pm.

If it's gets too crowded, we'll hop elsewhere.

I can confirm that the hours Intercot has are the same as the January hours that I was sent by a travel agent (which they got directly from Disney).

Thanks for the info. I just re-did my touring plan and ADRs based on this info. Is it just me or have the EMHs (which days/which parks) are different then previous months??

Yes, the EMH schedule is different. Did you have much trouble with getting the ADRs you wanted?

subscribers to Tour Guide Mike (www.tourguidemike.com) had all the new info on the EMH changes and the hours etc days ago when they came out...that extra 18 to 22 dollars is worth the continual updated info that he gets to his subscribers.... :earsboy:

Just talked w/ CM for change in ADR's. Initially she said that she did not have new posted hours but when I said that 1/1 & 1/2 are now showing on Disney's Official site she looked & found she had all hours for January.

Verified hours, EMH, Wishes, Spectomagic, Illunnations and all parades with her for the 1/2 to 1/9 & found that they match those posted by: wdwinfo.com.

Hope this helps others trying to make planning decisions.

We will be doen Dec 29- Jan 8. What should be expect for crowds? I mean, I know it is going to be very busy but what about EMH crowds? Worth staying up late or just avoid it?

just to let you know is was really crowded at mk that weekend. pretty impassable in fantasyland by early afternoon. i hate crowds but if they don't bother you good, just wanted to pass on that info. the extra hrs( not emh) proabably reflect that

The January hours (as well as February and March) are now online at WDW's official site.

If you can get March at the end of October, why couldn't I get January at the end of August????? It would have my life a LOT easier. Sometimes I get really ticked off by Disney. Grrr!

But, yea! They're out!
