Avis preferred Service

Hi -

We have a car reserved through Avis, using what I hope is preferred service. We have the preferred card, but nowhere on my confirmed reservation does it say that I have preferred service. I want to be sure that I have it, also what do I do? We have always used National EA in the past, but are saving $50 by going with Avis. We are picking up our car on Christmas day, is this going to interfere with Preferred service. Any advice would be appreciated.
 
I had similar worries about my rental from Avis. However, just call them at their MCO airport location. They were very nice and helpful to me when I called. (I am assuming that is where you're talking about picking up?) I am sure they will allay any of your fears. My experience with Avis was smooth and hassle-free.
 
We have used Avis twice. Pick up is very easy but be sure you have a copy of your confirmed reservation in hand when you pay for the vehicle. Both times they have overcharged me. I had to go back to the kiosk in the parking garage to get it corrected.
