Average June weekday line waits for off site attendees?

We were wondering --- What is the average wait time for off-site attendees to the US and IOA parks during the week? We are looking at the months of June and July. I have been told by a couple of people that wait times are not too bad during the week. The wait times get bad on weekends. However, if we plan to visit the US and IOA parks during the week ----- should we be O.K.? I realize that this is a loaded question and wait times can vary, but, what is the average wait time? Again, just for weekday visits to the park ------ I am not concerned about the wait times on the weekend. I am thinking that the Fast pass equivalent system at US and IOA may be sufficient for us.
