I'm only seeing one way now that the main screen just takes you to the page for both virtual queues. Am I missing something?

Speed test and pulldown worked well for me. Got ROTR #11 in the morning and WS 108 at noon. Definitely find a spot with a strong signal. Mobile phones are often faster than WiFi at this point, especially with 5G.

That's the correct, and only, page. Some people get there via the main screen, some through the three lines on the bottom right (and then clicking on virtual queues).

DD16 and I both got Join button but stuck on loading tickets and passes and then red error message something went wrong for WS this morning. She was on WiFi and I was on cellular. Hope we have better luck at noon!!

I finally remembered to practice today. I started on the Disneyland tab and waited until 7am and clicked to the California Adventure tab. The blue join button was there, but after clicking select all/join, it was spinning for awhile before telling me all groups were full.

Food question - is there ANYTHING in AC that is gluten free (aside from the cocktails, of course)? Based on what I've seen online, it seems like a nope. If that's true, my husband and kiddo have a lot of snaking to do in my stead!

Here now... Got BG #1 for WS return time window until 915. Which means park opened early.



Boy is the Spider-Man ride a let down. The slinging part is cool but they should have added some more movement or thrill to the screens and vehicle. Btw wearing a mask during a 3d glasses ride isn't the ideal situation.

Once you're in the land you are stuck. Meaning you are waiting for food, drinks, meet and greet or a ride. You cannot just leave the land and come back later. Which in turn hurts your park time in experiencing other attractions.

The area is all about what Disney can sell you.
Cannot shake the feeling of "that's it?" For everything, the food, the ride, the shopping.

Woohoo! Practiced my Spidey skills at getting a boarding group and would have been successful if we were there.

The trick really is to not get stuck on that 'select your party' page similar to ROTR. I think having a newer phone helps too- my sons iPod Touch can never compete with my iPhone 11 Pro when he tries he's always 1-2 seconds behind me with the pages loading. This has proved true for us in the parks too- so whoever in your group has the fastest phone- make sure they're trying too!

Really hoping to pull off riding ROTR and Web in the same day but seems like the timing has to align just perfectly for that to work...

How do you "practice" if you don't have a ticket/reservation for the day??

If you currently have an active ticket, you can practice by selecting at least one of your active tickets on the 3rd join screen. If you're successful, you'll get a message that you don't have a reservation or you're not in the park, depending on time you're trying. If you're not fast enough, you'll get a red or blue box indicating something went wrong.

Side note DCA is a madhouse today. To bad I was stuck in AC because I wanted an adult beverage, have a shawarma sandwich (available at 11am) and see the stunt shows. Did it all but wasn't out of AC until 1145. By then all attractions including the AC entry stand by was super long.

Just making sure: you can select your group and it will go all the way through even if you are just practicing? I have active tickets and reservations for August but nothing weird is going to happen if I'm practicing and select my party on that second page?

You'll get a message stating you don't have reservations at 7am or you're not in the park at noon.

Good vid on how to get the WS BP near the beginning . Rest of video is a bit of a spoiler for the land. So caution.

It also means that others can't come in. As long as people are just milling about taking up space, unable to leave because of food orders, it decreases the overall capacity of the land to newcomers. It's a problem in both directions, and, hopefully, they'll be able to open the land to all comers when capacity restrictions are (ostensibly) lifted on the 15th.
