Hello, so I don't really know how to post an avatar? I read somewhere that you need at least 10 posts and I have 10 posts.

It says I don't have permission or something. I don't know if I'm missing something or if I'm doing something wrong.

How recently did you get 10 posts? It usually takes the system a little time to recognize that level has been reached in order to grant the perks associated (usually 30-60 minutes). Once you've been recognized, are you going to the "Avatar" link available after you hover over your username in the upper right? And is the photo you are using smaller than 1MB?
