Based on the previews I can't decide whether I want to see this movie or not. Maybe I'll wait for DVD or the cheap theater.

I read a story all about Cameron in the New Yorker (last issue) and now I am totally fascinated by the amount of work he put into this film. He developed a whole language for them! I am interested in seeing it.

Umm, from what I am reading/hearing, THIS film is to be his Magnum Opus. his Piece de resistance (I know I butchered that).

We'll see. I haven't forgiven him yet for the self-indulgent snooze-fest that was Titanic, but he DID do Aliens...so he gets a pass. The uber-nerds and fanboys seem pretty pumped for it and the FX alone may be reason enough to see it in the theatre.
