Avatar too big??

Ok I have this avatar...
I resized it on imageshack and photobucket and tinypic to 100x75, but whenever I try to upload it on here it keeps saying it's too big!


Help??

It could be the file size is too large. Check to see how many KB it is.

The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 3.9 KB
