Avatar (SP) help please

I'd love the snowglobe in my signature as an avatar but don't know how to make it small. I borrowed it from Hallmark's site but I don't have a site to copy it too.

Can anyone help make it smaller and let me know where I can store it? I do have DSL so can it just be stored on my computer??

Bad news, Janette. Now that you mention it, the byte size is almost twice what is allowed under the clipart guidelines. We might be able to reduce it enough for a signature, but probably not for an avatar. If we can, we'll probably have to cut out most or all of the animation to get it that small.

I'll see what I can do. BTW, do you like the red background, or would you like it transparent?

Ooops, didnt' check the byte size. Details details... Clear would probably be better. There are better pics of the globe without animation, just like the animation on this one.

It is still too big for avatar - has be 4k or less. do you think it will size down a little more?

If you don't like it, it won't hurt my feelings. It is very small. You really need a good simple graphic for a good avatar.

Lisa, I hate to tell you this but that one won't work either. The limit is 4000 bytes or less. 4001 won't fly as an avatar! I'm showing 4116 on that last one.
