Avatar help!

I understand that avatars cannot exceed 50 x 50, yet when I clicked onto someone's avatar it said 38 x 60?

How can that be?

The reason I ask is I have several avatars I'd like to use, but the are slightly over the 50 x 50 (it's 38 x 55)

I do think I have seen a few that were over the 50 X 50 guidelines. I can't look to see exactly how the parameters are set in the program. It may be that the computer actually multiplies the 50 X 50 and will accept anything under 250 total pixels.

Give that one a try, Blondie, and let us know if we need to shave off a few pixels for you.
